This year, all players are responsible for purchasing their own uniforms. All players should be going to Soccer Central and trying on the uniforms. Please remember that these should be sized to fit the player for 2 years. Replacement uniforms will be available at the expense of the player.
Below is the procedure for the manager to follow in order to get the team uniform order placed in a timely manner. Every player should be ordering 1 HOME jersey, 1 AWAY jersey, 1 pair of shorts, 2 pairs of socks (white). Please make certain all players have this on their order form.
- Player goes to Soccer Central and tries on uniform (some may have done this at Registration Nite). They fill out a Uniform Order Form with the appropriate information and give this to the team manager.
- Manager collects forms for all players and fills out a Team Uniform Order Form with the correct information and submits this to Soccer Central for processing.
- Warm ups and bags are available for purchase but are not mandatory. These order forms are available to all players and should be turned into the manager for processing as well.

What to give to your Team Manager:
All players will have the ability to pay their FULL Reg Fees in 3 different ways:
- FULL payment (1 check) - see Team Manger for Player Fees
- Commitment Fee + 3 post-dated checks of remaining balance on Registration Night
- Commitment Fee + Credit Card payment of remaining balance on Registration Night via Online Registration System thru club website
- FULL Payment via Credit Card - go to Forms on Home Page of website, download the Credit Card Processing Form
